Exchange and Refund Policy
Customers are encouraged to check the product carefully before paying the delivery agent.
If there are size issues, defects, or if the customer doesn’t want the product, it should be returned immediately to the delivery agent.
If the customer finds any problem after delivery, they must contact us within 48 hours. We will review the case and inform the next steps.
Refunds are only available if the product is defective or completely unsatisfactory.
In all other return or exchange cases, customers will receive either a replacement product or store credit of equal value for future use.
Delivery Timing
Inside Dhaka: 1-2 working days
Outside Dhaka: 4-5 working days
Urgent Delivery
For urgent orders, we can use Pathao Parcel or similar services.
In such cases, the product must be paid in advance via Bkash or Nagad.
Delivery charges can be paid in cash to the rider, and the cost depends on the distance, shown in the courier’s app.
Please note: We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as deliveries are handled by third-party companies.
